Clinical Diagnostic Intake
(1st session)
A 90‑minute clinical intake session focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll review relevant background, clarify what you’d like support with, and create an initial plan for ongoing care.
Straightforward Self-Pay Fees
We believe in financial transparency. For clients not using insurance, our fees represent the professional standard for specialized counseling and consulting services.
Individual Therapy
A 50-minute clinical session focused on your personal growth and wellness goals, tailored specifically to your unique needs.
Clinical Consulting
Professional consultation and training for mental health organizations, educational teams, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Payment Policies
Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of session. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards through our secure client portal.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee.
Financial Transparency: We are committed to transparency. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of costs prior to your first appointment, ensuring no unexpected fees.
